I wrote this article because I wanted to tell my people to avoid Procrastination and end each day by DOING something every day – this is what I am trying to do too.

Yep… believe it or not, I am lazy too – some times.
But I use :safety valves: – more on this below.

You have seen me creating some videos…

Two Smoking Copy videos…
Two videos related to ContePass.

I have seen with a joy, that some turbo members grasped the related marketing lesson.

Others saw just a promotion.

But some of my people saw the marketing lesson I am going to analyze today… here.

Let’s start…

Have you seen the “I Have a Vision” video?

This had been one of the best articles I have ever written.

I wrote that article for

There had been a reason I created TurboZine.

First of all I wanted to establish a “newsletter reference point” so I can refer people to that site and increase the number of subscribers – prospective customers too. However there had been another simpler reason… I wanted to kill my procrastination. I had to setup my “safety valves” against procrastination in order to FORCE myself to follow a specific schedule not only for killing procrastination but also for *producing results.*

For example and in another extent, the people I pay on a monthly basis for works I outsource today are another set of “safety valves” for me… for killing procrastination and also for forcing myself to produce results. Since I started as a solo-orchestra man I can do better or equal to what I outsource to others – because I know the “know-how.”

But about 6 years ago I made an amazing discovery…

You make more money if you work smarter – not harder.

Yes I know you know that, but LIVING that conclusion is an eye opening experience indeed.

On that period of my life I had a friend who was broken… had no money at all. And while I was trying to “change” is attitude and prism of life, now I realize that HE taught me some great things… The difference between him and myself has been the application of HIS knowledge…

So he told me this:

“I make the best buys when I have no money at all.”

On that time, I was thinking he was nuts.

“How on Earth could he buy things without any money at all.”

But this was not the point, neither was the lesson.

I had to discover the meaning of his words, or at least apply my logic to that phrase, when I needed some money FAST… When nobody could give me that money, I finally discovered how someone feels when he is broke.

It’s a funny feeling.

You know you have no money at all.
You know banks will chase after you if you do not pay the bills.
You know nobody can help you.
You know you need to pay the bills ASAP…
And there is no ESCAPE route…

When you are on that situation, then brain reacts in a funny way… if you allow this to happen, because in all cases you will either collapse by the stress, or if you avoid that feeling then you are getting closer to an amazing discovery – that makes the situation and the outcome of that situation a funny thing indeed:

The amazing discover is that:

No matter what happens, nobody can take your head off.

Reread that…

No matter how much money you owe: Nobody can take your head off.
They can do many things to you… but they cannot take your head off.

When I realized that, I felt happy, because I realized that the solution was INSIDE my head.

All I had to do was to DISCOVER the solution by…

… DOING SOMETHING.

Da daaaaa!!!

Now, you know the origins of that article…

Moreover, when you have no money at all, you CAN indeed do the best buys…

Why?

Because your brain will be FORCED to kill procrastination and give birth to money making endeavors.

My main point here is that you do not need to wait until that time comes… you do not need to lose everything in order to BE PUSHED to think in a different – creative way, because the risk is great indeed. You may feel depressed instead of seeing how funny the situation is. Wise people do not wait for the catastrophe in order to establish their own safety valves… they work on them ages before instead.

Back to the “I Have a Vision” article… and the marketing lesson behind that Smoking Copy video in addition to the role it plays for the promotion of May 17’s event.

If I had not setup an “appointment” with my subscribers every Saturday, then I should haven’t written that article because chances are that Procrastination would have won.

And if I had not written that article, then I could not have created the “Smoking Copy” video you can watch today…

The logic sounds simple and naive, but it is not.

Because of that “appointment” I had set years ago with my subscribers every Saturday, today I can WORK with the content of those 1000+ pages I have written…

And I can work with that content in many ways.

People like to read about “recipes” of success…

Here are the ingredients of such a recipe:

You get an article you have created. OR you can have someone writing a killer article for you. OR you can get 10-20 PLR articles and create a very good article from them.

Then you get a killer audio file – here is what my friend Ginny offers to my good subscribers: www.plraudios.com/johndelavera

Then you get a video loop (like the blue lava screen you can see in the Smoking Copy video) OR you can use images you can find at 123rf.com or on similar sites.

Then you get a software like Camtasia or Sony Vega Studio – I think both offer a trial version.

OK…

You have everything you need now for baking your creation…

Open the software. Click on the help or visit the company’s site if you need help on how to use the software. If you cannot do certain things go to related forums and ask for help. But again in most of the cases you will find the answers inside the help area of the software or in the software’s website. Do not allow the technicalities to halt your progress: Surpass them, ask for help, get the answers and move on.

Add the video loop file OR the images on the background.

Add the audio file on the background.

Then split your article according to the images you got. For example if you use 10 images then split the article in 10 parts – you got the point.

Then you will need to display those parts of the article while displaying the corresponding image, thus you need to synchronize the images you display in the video with certain parts of your article. As you can see, you do not even have to narrate the article… All you have to do is to work with the software and display the text you want while displaying your images. You can adjust the time of that display… for example if you see that one needs 15 seconds to read a certain part of the article then you adjust the duration of the display of that image to 15 seconds… and then add your next piece of text with the next image for another 15 seconds or more… You got the idea, right?

Here you have it…

But there is 1 condition for all the above… You need to…

DO SOMETHING…

That video will not be created by itself.

You can outsource it to someone yes, and DO It if you can. But if you cannot spare that money, then DO IT by yourself. If you need help, again check the tutorials offered through the software… or check to see if a free tutorial offered online… I can recall one inside the Vault at that will allow you to use a free software instead (Windows Movie Maker – it’s in your computer you know…)

Once you have created your video, go to YouTube.com, create an account and upload the file. Again do not allow yourself to get trapped by the technical details…. The point here is to DO SOMETHING today, now… and if you do not know how to deal with a certain task, then again just go to the forums and ask people.

“So what? What’s next?” some of you may say…

Well… wrong attitude, I’d add.

You cannot always say “So what…”

You just read a recipe of success here…

Just DO what is suggested and THEN you will see the difference.

You will realize that difference because the ACTION will allow you to give birth to more ideas…

So do not just think “So what…” Just DO something today and then repeat that routine.

The use improves the user.

Once you follow that logic, then you will see how you can use the PLR articles you get from those websites online… and DO SOMETHING with that material… There are 100s of sites today that offer you articles on various niches… Take for example… Yes I know, another site of mine, but it’s the perfect example… Here is some news too: as you will see there is no order link on that site. This is because I decided to offer the access free to members of – later on this month… Anyway… when you go on that site you will see there are many niches offered. Pick a niche. Get 10-20 articles… then WORK with those articles and create a HOW TO guide. You can do that. Just use the content and create a How to guide. It’s easy and if you cannot do that then ask for help in a forum.

Then follow the “recipe” you read above and create your HOW TO video…

Here is the answer to your “So what” question:

Once you have done that, repeat it tomorrow with a new niche.

DO SOMETHING tomorrow too.

And repeat that good habit for the next 7 days.

You may need images.. or audio files… search the Net for royalty free images… or ask in the forums where you can get some images. Or go to 123rf.com and get what you need but be sure to read the terms of use first. The plan will work with images you can freely use, so you need to find royalty free images you can pass to people. There is a reason for this as you can see below.

Work on that plan and after a week you will have created 7 HOW TO VIDEO tutorials on 7 different niches…

THEN…

SELL those videos…

You do not even need to have a list.

There are forums that allow you to post your special offer. Go there and sell the videos.

Sell them for 7 dollars…

“WHAT???” some of you may say…

“I worked like a slave for 7 days… teaching myself how to do all these things… creating those videos… and now you are asking me to sell everything for $7 dollars??? Are you crazy???”

Nope.

I just know what I am saying.

I need to explain another chapter to you now…

The chapter that says:

“Money is not the target.”

Yep… The target is the LIST.

So I am telling you to to do what is suggested here.

And I shall freak you more:

Sell the videos for $7 with MASTER RESALE rights.

And now we are going to another chapter…

The chapter’s title says:

“How to use resale rights effectively…”

If you have no clue on that subject then check or just ask in the forums for the differences between resale and master resale rights.

You see… the real reason we sell products with master resale rights is because we want to maximize OUR EXPOSURE…

I do not want to tell you more here because I shall confuse you.

Just remember:

DO SOMETHING and follow the simple plan suggested here.
Feel free to improvise and give birth to other ideas.

But DO something…

This is the answer to your questions dear friend… the answer to the question:

“I do not know what to do online…”

Or

“I do not know what to sell online…”

OR

“I do not know how to send traffic to my sites…”

And what I suggest you here is just a SMALL part of what YOU can really DO online…

Really… I see what I am telling you here as the top of the iceberg and the iceberg is the sum of what you can really do online… But you need to start from something… and DO something today.

Create your 7 HOW TO VIDEOS and sell them with master resale rights for $7.

Make the video files VIRAL… here is how:

Add a splash screen on your videos; display that screen when the video starts and when the video ends. You can do it easily (in Camtasia the option is called “Title clips” so you click on that option inside the software and add a screen… it’s easy.)

That screen should say something like:

“For more HOW TO niche video tutorials
Visit www.YOURSITE.com”

Got it now?

So let’s do the math…

Suppose you DO something today… follow my recipe here and create your series of 7 How to Niche Video tutorials…Suppose you DO that and in 7 days you are ready to post a special offer say in the Warriors’ forum.

And say that ONLY 50 people will buy your series…

Yep… let’s say that you will sell that series to ONLY 50 people.

And say that each one of those 50 people sells the series for even less… say for $1 … or gives it free…. to 25 people each… and those 25 people give it free to another 25 people each…

Results:

50 x $7 = $350

Now you have $350 in your pocket.

50 people give your videos to 25 people each…

That means 1300 people in total will be watching your videos and see your site before and after the video…

If you DO what is suggested here, you will see that you will start thinking in a winning way…

So it’s not a rocket science to think of adding a SQUEEZE page… or a newsletter subscription form on your site…

You can even watch the video that explains and get an idea how to do that.

Why do you need the subscription form?

Because there is no point to direct people on a page when you get nothing from that suggestion…
Those 1300 people can give that series of videos to 25 people each

1300 people x 25 people each

that makes 32,500 people…

If only the 1% of them visits your site and subscribes with your list there, then you get

32,500 x 1% = 325 new subscribers…

The numbers you read here are just some examples…

I can guarantee you that you can expect by far BETTER results…

To give you an idea and another hint: I created a viral ebook 6 years ago and it stills sends commissions… The hint here is that you can follow the plan as suggested here for promoting a product RELATED to the niche you’re dealing with… Got the message?

Instead of asking HOW TO create an empire online focus on how to create a “small house” today.

Instead of comparing yourself with the online Gurus, become a web tycoon by focusing on what you can do today…

Instead of creating your 7 How to Niche Videos, create a PDF HOW TO series… 7 short reports in a PDF format, that is…

The reason I am telling you to create the videos is because we live in the multimedia age… PLUS: the OUTCOME of your efforts will be MORE unique since it will have a different format from the PLR materials you will use. You cannot just copy and paste articles or reformat them and sell them as “articles” again… Re-read that: PLR materials are best used when you deliver them to a DIFFERENT FORMAT so you can claim the OWNERSHIP of the new derivative work you created and do what ever you want with that work – pass the resale rights, etc.. Instead of asking or wondering

“What can I do online???”

Or even better:

UNTIL you DISCOVER what you can do online…

Just DO what is suggested here…

Why should you follow the path I am describing to you here instead of another “recipe” suggested by others??

You can indeed count on PPC marketing, work with keywords, create your PPC campaigns and work with them.

You can make money as an affiliate indeed by just using PPC engines.

But…

…allow me to tell you 1 thing you’d remember here…

Other plans have MONEY in the center.
Just money.

If you do not know how to complete a certain task of what you have already read, just ask for help.

If you can afford some money and can outsource tasks then even better: you have an advantage…
